GERVINHO wants to snub Tottenham and join Arsenal in a £14million move from Lille.
Spurs' £10.6m offer for the Ivory Coast forward was rejected over the weekend.
Lille general manager Frederic Paquet has confirmed Gervinho wants to move to England this summer and talks with the Gunners are planned.
He said: "He wants to go and has developed contacts with Arsenal.
"We will soon have talks with them and see what they offer.
"He has expressed a desire to go to England and we will see what happens."
